Unlike many other nutritional companies on the internet, here at Great Lakes Nutrition, we do not make our customers do a song and a dance to try to make a return for a refund. No need to call customer service to ask for a return number or explain why you are returning your order. Simply send your return to the address below. We will process your refund once we receive your return.
NOTE: It is highly recommended that you use some form of trackable shipment when sending returns. USPS delivery confirmation is very cost effective and you will know when your shipment was delivered to us. We are not responsible for any returns that do not make it back to us.
