Quick Shipping Time
We will do our best to make sure your order gets shipped out in the most timely manner possible. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email from us with your delivery confirmation or tracking number that can be used at the USPS.com website.
Back Orders
Occasionally, we may run out of stock of any product and shipping may be delayed. We will do our best to inform our customers of any back orders. Any back ordered products will state clearly on the product page as well as the estimated shipping date.
Free Shipping
Orders totaling under one pound qualify for free shipping by USPS First Class. The shopping cart will give you a free shipping option to select during the checkout process. Customers may also upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days business delivery), at cost, if they choose. Any orders weighing over one pound will require Priority Mail.
Free Priority Shipping
All orders totaling $75.00 or more will qualify for free Priority shipping. This is subject to change without notice.
Our current method of shipping of choice is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Estimated Delivery Time For USA Orders
Below are the estimated delivery dates if you place your order by 3 P.M. today. Please note that these are estimates only. There is no guarantee that your order will arrive on these particular dates. Also, please take any days that fall on Sundays and Holidays into consideration as well.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges vary depending on what product(s) you order and what class mail you choose. You can preview your shipping charges as you add products to your shopping cart. You will also be able to pick which shipping option you would like to use during the checkout process.
U.S Customers Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We will also ship to PO Boxes and to APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses.
Undeliverable Orders
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund. We are unable to re-send orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
Order Tracking
Order tracking is available through the USPS.com website. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment notification email with your USPS delivery confirmation number. You can use the link provided in your email to track the order, the USPS.com website, or the Great Lakes Nutrition website. All tracking options will be noted in the shipment notification email.
